Before the national stage, we were a staple at local stalls, hand-bottling every batch to ensure the heat and flavour of our distinctive sauces hit just right for our friends, neighbours and individual customers.

We listened to every customer, refined every recipe, and grew one bottle at a time directly from the hands that grew the peppers to the hands that cooked the meals.

Our first batch of organic habaneros was harvested, blended with other ingredients and prepared in a small garage kitchen, yielding just 50 bottles for the local market.
